It is the mid-21st century; peaceful Motor City will transform into a metropolis from the future, known as Robot City. At the same time the Autobots are landing on Earth, Dr. Isaac Sumdac is on the way to completing his brainchild, Sumdac technology, and in doing so is contributing to the development of Robot City at a dizzy rate.
Cybertrone Planet, which the Autobots were forced to evacuate after a long-lasting battle against the Decepticons, still protects the Allspark – the greatest resource of energy with the power to give all Autobots and other robots their first Spark. The Autobots’ main mission is to defend the Spark from the evil Decepticons who are prowling constantly.
The Transformers: The Movie from 2007 is the adaptation of the animated series, directed by Michael Baya and produced by the master of blockbusters, Steven Spielberg.
